Snapper Pasta served with crumbled marinated feta cheese
It was absolutely scrumptious even if I say so myself! The fish was a tad dry, but leaving fish in the freezer for about 3months tends to do that to fish. But the fetta. Oh my god the FETTA! Parmesan would've overpowered the fish, but the fetta! It melts in your mouth and gives it a soft creamy texture which contrasts with the firm fish and al denta pasta! I'm definately making this dish again......before I eat all the fetta!
